First his wife, Ashlee Simpson, goes on a drunk rampage at her husband's ex, now Pete Wentz is acting like he was raised by wolves.

According to a report on PerezHilton.com, Pete lost it when a photographer snapped a pic of him and Ashlee at his 30th birthday party in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

So what did the Fall Out Boy rocker do? He spat on him!

An insider says: "Inside the club some photgrapher took a photo of Pete and Ashlee and I guess they didn't ask, so Pete flipped out and went after the guy. His publicist and Ashlee held him back, but he spit on the photographer."
